im sorry to say but it is illegal for anyone to ask or tell where to get emulators or ROMS for free games. Which in other words would mean I am not supposed to tell you to go to a site called emuparadise.com for a good emulator of your system of choice and then go to coolrom.com for roms. Seriously don't do it.
